These two categories are further broken down into Agency and Individual memberships. Membership categories, along with their accompanying dues, are described below. Active Membership Public Agency Available to a legally constituted public entity or non-profit corporation that is actively engaged in housing, community development, redevelopment, or renewal in the State of Nebraska. There are two categories of Active Agency Membership: Nebraska Housing Authorities and entities other than Housing Authorities. Membership dues for the Active Agency categories are paid according to the total units under management as outlined in the following tables: Nebraska Housing Authorities Number of Units Annual Membership Dues 0-25 $60.00 26-40 $75.00 41-60 $90.00 61-100 $115.00 101-150 $130.00 151-250 $190.00 251-500 $225.00 501-1000 $290.00 1001 and over $365.00 AFFILIATE AGENCY Public entities and non-profit corporations engaged in housing, community development, redevelopment, and renewal other than Housing Authorities: Annual Membership Dues $80.00 Per Year ALLIED INDIVIDUAL Any person interested in teh purposes and activities of the Association and located within the geographical area of the Chapter, but not associated with a qualifying company or public agency. ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP DUES $20.00 Per Year Affiliate Membership Agency/Organization This category of Affiliate membership is available to any agency, corporation, or partnership other than those identified in an Active category of membership that is interested in the purposes, activities, and goals of Nebraska NAHRO. Annual membership dues are $80.00 Individual This category of Affiliate membership is available to any individual representing an agency eligible for affiliate membership. Annual membership dues are $20.00. Membership Dues Guidelines Dues are effective according to the calendar year, January through December. Membership dues are invoiced by a separate billing process in December. Dues must be received by March 1st of the membership year. Dues cannot be prorated.
